Payments go through secure payment providers, and we never store your card details. Your money doesn't reach the astrologer right away: it's held safely on the platform (escrow) until the consultation is over, so paying is safe.
Escrow is like a safe holding box: your money is reserved when you book, but it's only released to the astrologer after the consultation actually takes place. It protects both sides — you don't lose money if the session never happens, and the specialist knows they'll be paid for their work.
It's a normal video call right in your browser — there's no app to install. At the scheduled time you open your private consultation room from a link and talk with the specialist one on one. All you need is an internet connection, a camera and a microphone.
No. Chat messages are encrypted, and your birth details are stored encrypted and visible only to you and the astrologer you chose for the consultation. We don't share this information with anyone else.
If the astrologer doesn't show up or doesn't deliver the consultation, the money is never released to them — thanks to escrow it's returned to you. Just report the problem and we'll help arrange the refund.
Every specialist has a profile with their focus areas, languages, experience, prices and reviews from real clients. Check the rating and reviews, pick the topic you need — love, career, forecasts and so on — and the person who feels right. If you're unsure, start with a short flash question.
Each astrologer sets their own price, so it depends on the specialist and the format — a short question, a written reading or a video session. The exact cost is always shown on the profile and before you pay, with no hidden fees.
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule before the consultation starts — the exact terms and timing are shown when you book. If cancellation is allowed, the held money is returned to you automatically.
The AI Consultant is a virtual helper that answers simple astrology questions instantly and for free, any time. It's great for getting familiar with a topic, but it doesn't replace a real astrologer: a deep look at your situation and personal guidance come only from a specialist.
Choose to sign in as an astrologer when you register, then fill in your profile: tell us about yourself, your experience and services, and upload documents for verification. Once approved, your profile appears in the catalog and you can start taking clients.
Contact support — we'll help with payments, refunds or any disputed situation. If a conflict with an astrologer comes up, you can open a complaint right from your dashboard and our team will look into it.
