Terms of Service

Astrolio is an online platform that connects people with independent astrologers and tarot readers for paid consultations. The service is available to adults who accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Booking a consultation requires creating an account and verifying your phone number. Provide accurate details and never share access to your account — you are responsible for everything done under it.

Astrolio provides the technical platform for finding specialists, booking sessions, payment and communication (chat, video, PDF reports). We act as an intermediary between client and astrologer — the consultations themselves are delivered by the specialists.

Payment is charged at booking and held in the platform’s escrow account. Funds are released to the astrologer only after the consultation is completed — this protects both sides.

You may cancel a booking free of charge ahead of the deadline shown on the service page. Refunds for cancelled consultations, or ones that didn’t take place through the specialist’s fault, are processed within a few business days to your original payment method. See the Refund Terms for details.

Astrologers and tarot readers are independent specialists who deliver consultations on their own. They are not Astrolio employees, and the platform does not control the content of their advice.

You may not: share payment contacts to bypass the platform, harass or abuse other users, use the service for unlawful activity, or impersonate someone else. Violations may result in account suspension.

Consultations are provided for guidance, self-reflection and entertainment. The platform does not guarantee any specific outcome and is not liable for the quality, accuracy or consequences of astrologers’ advice — see the Astrology Disclaimer for more.

We may update these Terms. We’ll notify you of material changes on the site or by email in advance. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept them.
