Refund & Offer Terms

Booking a consultation forms a contract between you and the specialist on the terms shown at booking; the platform processes payment and holds it in escrow.

You may cancel free of charge up to the window shown for the slot. Late cancellations and no-shows may be non-refundable.

If a consultation does not take place through the specialist’s fault, or a dispute is resolved in your favour, the escrowed amount is refunded to your original payment method.

Raise a dispute from your bookings within the stated period. Our moderation team reviews session metadata and, where you consent, chat logs to decide the outcome.
